We had a great time staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a posh area with beautiful Victorian buildings all around. It was a quiet and safe haven in the bustling city. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the lovely view from our balcony.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The only minor issue we encountered was the slow service at the breakfast buffet.

Hotel staff are friendly, particularly in the west tower. Also the in-room computer terminal with free internet was great.

The area is under construction and was sometimes diffiicult to get a good night's sleep.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was still within walking distance of a metro station and on Shamian island. It was a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, which was a nice change after a busy day exploring the city. The breakfast provided was delicious with a variety of options.

Switch to power the room beyond arms reach from main door/low light corridor. So doing so at night is scary considering Shamian is an old district. Vicinity dark dead at night.

I stayed in a spacious and clean room at Guangdong Victory Hotel for three nights. The location was convenient, with easy access to the subway and interesting areas of Guangzhou. Despite some initial noise and a slight inconvenience with the room, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel's historical charm and the peaceful atmosphere of the surrounding area made it a pleasant oasis in the city. I recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and convenient location.
